Marriage - Chester Napirski, of Jersey City, and Miss Alice Danowski, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Adam Danowski, of Jamesport, were married at St. Izador's church, on Sunday. In the afternoon and evening a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents, in Jamesport.
Obituary - Mrs. Alice Helen Napiorski of 189 Little Plains Road, Southampton, died on Wednesday, May 31, at the Southampton Hospital. She was 90. Mrs. Napiorski was a member of the St. Albert's Society, the Rosary Society, and Madame Curie Skoldowski Club, all of Our Lady of Poland Church. She was also a member of the Polish National Alliance and the American Polish Political Association. Predeceased by her husband, Chester, Mrs. Napiorski is survived by two sons, Chester and Clemence, both of Southampton; three daughters, Mrs. Helen Maryanski of Southampton, Mrs. Addie Paul of Staten Island, and Wanda Francis of Hampton Bays. Also surviving are four brothers, Frank and Edward Danowski, both of East Patchogue, Peter Danowski of Riverhead and Anthony Danowski of East Quogue; three sisters, Lillian Danowski, Mrs. Elizabeth Prusinowski, and Mrs. Mary Bugdin, all of Riverhead; and nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Rosary and Prayer services were held on Thursday, June 2 at the O'Connell Funeral Home, Southampton. The funeral mass was offered on Friday, June 3, at 9:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Poland Church, Southampton. Interment was in the Sacred Hearts Cemetery, Southampton.
