He was born May 28, 1976, to Steve and Diane (McElfresh) Oliver in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Scott married Missy Jo Gillip on August 28, 2016. She survives of the home.
He was a volunteer firefighter in Savannah for many years. Scott enjoyed collecting marbles and antiques but loved his children and spending time with his family more than anything.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Allen and Margaret Mary (James) McElfresh and Frank M. Oliver, and his uncle, John Allen “Johnny” McElfresh, Jr.
Survivors include his wife; children, David Oliver, Kaiden Daniels, Kenslei Gillip, Ella Gillip, and Emma Oliver; parents, Springfield, Missouri; brother, Russell “Bub” Oliver (Christine), Springfield; grandmother, Goldie Oliver, Springfield; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
