She was born September 29, 1918.
She is survived by her brother, Donald A. Moore; her son, Francis C. Stark III; her daughter-in-law, Sandra (Norton) Stark; her son-inlaw, Stephen H. Reich; her grandsons, Clayton J. and Daniel R. Reich and Todd E. Stark; her granddaughter, Monica L. (Reich) Mills; two great-granddaughters, Ashlyn Mills and London Davis; and two nieces, Cynthia A. (Moore) Montalbono and Elizabeth (Moore) Wiersig.
She was predeceased by her parents, Ammie A. and Osa P. (Holladay) Moore; her sister, Eva P. (Moore) Bowman; her husband of 62 years, Francis C. Stark, Jr.; her daughter, Carolyn P. (Stark) Reich; and two nephews, Henry M. and Roger B. Bowman.
Memorial service: University Christian Church, 6800 Adelphi Road, Hyattsville, MD 20782 on October 21, 2006, where some of her ashes were spread in the 'Lucille Stark Memorial Garden'.
Memorial service and interment was Thursday, April 19, 2007 in the Elmwood Cemetery, Woodward, Oklahoma.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the University Christian Church (Memorial Garden Fund).
Local arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home, 1621 Downs Ave., Woodward, OK 73801.
