Funeral service will be held at 10am Thursday, May 31st, 2018 at Crossroads Christian Church, Shawnee, KS. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery.
Anita was born the daughter of Tony and Annabelle George on September 5, 1959 in Kansas City, Kansas. She is survived by her husband, Gary Simmons; sons, Jason (Sarah) Simmons and Danny (Wendy) Simmons; grandchildren, Anthony, Trent, Nola and George Simmons; brothers, Ivan (Shirley) George and Jim (Liz) George; father-in-law, Don Simmons; and mother-in-law, Sandra Cantrell.
