Charles Bernard Duke -MACON - A graveside service for Charles Bernard Duke of Macon will be held at 3P.M. Friday, December 23, 2011 at Smith Cemetery in Crisp County. The family will receive friends prior to the service Friday from 1:30 until 2:45 P.M. at Rainey Family Funeral Services. -Mr. Duke, 70, passed away Thursday at Pine Pointe Hospice Care in Macon. He was born in Gallian, Marengo County, AL and was the son of the late John Edward and Lillian Rinehart Duke. He was retired from Georgia Pacific and was an active member of Martha Bowman United Methodist Church. -Mr. Duke is survived by his wife, Pamela Emmons Duke of Macon; three sons and daughters-in-law, Jonathon and Ashley Duke and their children, Brady and Kayla, all of Gulf Shores, AL, Justin and Virginia Hurt Duke and their children, Rebecca and Caroline, all of Macon and Jeremy and Leigh Duke and their daughter, Ryleigh, all of St. Augustine, FL; a brother and his wife, Buck and Betty Duke of Linden, AL; and two sisters, Beulah Smith of Linden, AL and Dot Holt and her husband, Jackie of Montgomery, AL. -Arrangements are by Rainey Family Funeral Services. -An online register is available at www.raineyfuneral.com.
