Indianapolis - 79, of Indianapolis, passed away May 19, 2018. He was born November 9, 1938 in Red Hill, AR, to the late Samuel C. and Myrtle Barlow Neal. Billy proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He worked in drywall for most of his life. Billy loved a good competition, enjoyed golf, bowling and racing with family and friends, and going to the casino with his wife.
Billy is survived by his children, Lora Jean Olive (David), Andrea Lynn Neal and Michael Glen Neal; grandchildren, Chasity Hofmeister (Jason) and Baili Olive; and two great-grandchildren. Billy was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Wilma Jane Neal (Proctor); sisters, Meral House, Margaret Hampton and Maurice House; and brothers, William "Boyd", Joseph and Frank Neal.
