Ralph was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to Ralph C. and Naomi Rodgers. He was a veteran and a man who loved his country, serving in the Air Force, and eventually retiring from the Army National Guard.
He also worked at Pirelli Cable Company for fifteen years and as a truck driver for the remainder of his work career. He enjoyed welding, tinkering in his friend’s shop, watching his grandkids play sports, and attending both the Atlanta and Queen City football games.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Joe and Larry Rodgers.
