Harold was born Oct. 3, 1934, in Columbus to Edward and Anna (Miksch) Waldman. He graduated from Monroe High School. Harold was engaged in farming before going to work for the Platte Center Coop which he retired from.
He was united in marriage to Joan Sjuts on April 8, 1967 in Columbus. Harold enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family.
Harold is survived by his wife, Joan Waldman of Platte Center, daughter Cindy (Bill) Korgie of Genoa, son Randy Bruhn of Columbus, son Erick Bruhn of Platte Center, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Anna Waldman, sister Evelyn Weber and brothers Walter, Lloyd and Raymond Waldman.
