Ray Howard Armstrong, 82 of Madill, Oklahoma passed away Friday, April 6, 2007 at his residence in Madill. He was born on June 18, 1924 in Des Moines, New Mexico to Cary and Lela B. Nance Armstrong. He grew up in Shay, and moved to Boise City, Oklahoma and later to Bakersfield, California for 15 years before moving back to Shay. Ray married Lorene Odor on April 18, 1942 in Madill. Ray worked for Savage Ranch and Savage Equipment for several years. He also enjoyed horses, family gatherings and visiting friends in the nursing homes and hospital. Ray was also a member of the Oakview Baptist church.

He is survived by:
