Born in West Orange, Anne lived in Matawan, Florida and Spring Lake, before moving to Brick. She was a graduate of The University of Miami. She was a teacher for a brief time and then was a travel agent. She was a member of the Matawan Women's Club. Anne was a communicant of St. Rose Church, Belmar.
Anne was predeceased by her beloved husband Frank Ferrano in 1991. Surviving are her 3 sons; Mark Ferrano and his wife Eenee of Marietta, GA, Frank "Chip" Ferrano and his wife Lisa of West Palm Beach, FL, Dreux Ferrano and his wife Mayo of Brick, a daughter Kim Ward and her husband Robert of Wall, NJ. She also leaves 12 grandchildren; Dreux Ferrano Jr., Neal Ferrano, Trigg Ferrano, Ray Ferrano, Susanne Ferrano, Marty and Trey Ferrano, John and Kyia Fredericks, Ashley Ward, Peter and Cristina Nop, and 2 great grandchildren Lilian and Evan Nop.
Visiting will be Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the O'Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35 at New Bedford Rd.,Wall. A Funeral Mass will be offered Tuesday, 11 AM at St. Rose Church, Belmar, NJ. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Keyport, NJ.
