Lois Marion Austin, age 79 of Mequon, Wisconsin, passed away on December 26, 2022, at Lawlis Family Hospice. Lois, born July 14, 1943, was the oldest of five daughters born to Raymond and Wilameen "Minnie" (Patz) Vondross.
She graduated from Coleman High School with the Class of 1961. She continued her education at Milwaukee Area Technical College and went on to work 45+ years as a Medical Assistant/Office Manager.
On June 2, 1991 Lois was united in marriage to Chris Austin. They were married 25 years before he passed away in 2016.
She is preceded in death by her husband Chris Austin;
parents, Raymond and Minnie Vondross;
sister Patsy Lahti;
nephew Bryan Agacki;
and brother-in-law Allen Agacki.
She is survived by her sisters: Violet (Richard) Ruehle, Karen Agacki, and Nancy Bedora;
many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A private service will be held for Lois. She will be interred at First Baptist Cemetery in Pound, Wi
