Wilameen Patz married Raymond Vondross in 1939 and she lived in the Pound area until 2010 when she moved to the Cedarburg area to live with her daughter.
Minnie had a full and rich life being involved in her earlier years with 4H, President of the Goldhorn Homemakers for many years, a member of the Coleman/Pound Lioness Club and she attended First Baptist Church faithfully. She volunteered at the Pound Community Center and was always there to lend a helping hand to those who needed. Minnie also hosted "Pound Bingo" every Wednesday at her apartment complex.
Minnie was an expert seamstress, and worked with her daughter doing painting and wallpapering for over 20 years. Even though she enthusiastically loved to fish and pick wild berries and almost anything outdoors, her most enjoyable hobby was baking.
She is survived by 5 daughters: Lois (Chris) Austin, Violet (Richard) Ruehle, Karen Agacki, Nancy Bedora and Patsy Lahti;
6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many beloved friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Vondross in 1977; a grandson, Bryan Agacki; a sister, Mary Krause; a brother, Albert Patz and a son-in-law, Allen Agacki.
Visitation will be held at Gruetzmacher Funeral Home in Suring on Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 12 pm until the funeral service at 1 pm with Howard Patz officiating. She will be interred in the First Baptist Cemetery of Pound, WI.
