Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Hixson Brothers Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Lea Joyner officiating.
Burial will be in Hasley Cemetery under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Monroe.
Mr. Carroll was a retired salesman and a veteran of World War I. He was a member of the Southside Methodist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Dalton Veatch of Bastrop, Mrs. Gayle Fortner of Monroe, and Mrs. Gloria Dixon of Shreveport; four brothers, A. J. Carroll of West Monroe, O. C. Carroll of Bentley, Grady Carroll and Norris Carroll both of Farmerville; three sisters, Mrs. B. F. Sawyer and Mrs. Curtis Fordham, both of West Monroe and Mrs. Pearl Castiglia of New Jersey; and five grandchildren.
