He married Catherine Blundell and their children were: John Farmer, Elizabeth Farmer, Benton Farmer, Sallie Farmer, Alma Farmer, Clara Farmer, Mary Farmer, Edgar Elwood Farmer, and Aquilla Farmer. Thomas died sometime between 1918 and 1929 at Atoka, OK.
