Passed away suddenly on May 3rd, 2018 at age 72. He was born on April 28th, 1946 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Paul and Gertrude Cain.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Gertrude, and his sister, Geraldine. He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Janet; his siblings: Dale and Lynn Cain; his children: Jeffery (Loc) Cain, Aaron (Brandie) Cain, Christopher (Aimee) Cain and Karianne (Jeffrey) Dill; his grandchildren: Leo and Lea Cain, Elizabeth Siciliano and Lincoln Cain, Charlotte Cain and Sydney, Bridget and Zachary Dill.

Gary served in the Navy aboard the USS Sam Rayburn and he worked as a Systems Engineer at R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant for 35 years before his retirement 8 years ago. He also was an active member of the Walworth Lions Club for over 30 years.

Friends and Family may call between the hours of 4:00 and 7:00pm on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. of Victor, (301 W. Main St). Funeral Mass will be 10:00am, Wednesday, May 9th at St. Patrick's Church (115 Maple Ave, Victor) followed by a Graveside Service at St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

Donations may be made in Gary’s name to the Walworth Lions Club c/o Lou Villanova, 1523 Walworth Penfield Road, Walworth, New York 14568.
