Bill was preceded in death by his father, mother, brother, four sisters, wife, Beryl Dean Fuller, and son, Rodney Michael Fuller.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., at North Bay Church of Christ, 1501 Denver Street, Portland, Texas. Graveside service will be at 2:00 PM at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
