She married David A. Goodman on Oct. 3, 1972, and he survives. She formerly worked at Foster Forbes and she especially enjoyed being with her grandkids. Isaiah 40:31 states: "but those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not faint."
Along with her husband, she is survived by children, John Dennis Carrico, Ann (Steven) Tisdale, Mike (Staci) Carrico, Sheila (Rod) Mayo, Brent (Beth) Carrico, all of Marion; grandchildren, John (Kayla) Carrico, Shaun M. Carrico, Matthew Tisdale, Haylee Tisdale, Cara Cline, Randy Mullenix, Danielle Mullenix, Amanda Carrico, Marlee Mayo, Jordan McGillem, Judith Carrico, Morgan Carrico, Logan Carrico; special friend, Janet Little; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry and Bernard Thomas Butcher.
