Mrs. Francena A. Gage, 74, of Lamont Road, Pike, died at 7:10 p.m. Thursday, March 9, 1978, at Wyoming County Community Hospital. She was born in Pike May 16, 1903, to Carey and Stella Wells Albro.
She was a member of Pike Baptist Church and Women’s Christian Temperance Union.
Surviving are her husband, Lloyd, of Pike; two sons, Rollin of Le Roy and Albert of Cashmere, Washington; three daughters, Mrs. Waneta Jones of Perry, Mrs. Barbara Boies of Pike and Miss Gini Gage of Pike; two brothers, Willett Albro of Rushford and Merton Albro of Pike; two sisters, Mrs. Alta Griffin of Monterey, California and Mrs. Elma Crosby of Hampton, Virginia; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Friends may call at Harmon Funeral Home, Castile, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday. Private services will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Interment will be in East Koy Cemetery, Pike.
Married in Lamont, New York on February 12, 1927.
