LEBANON ----- Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, October 19, 2003 at the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Poole, 82, of Watertown. Born in Carthage and a member of the Old Path Baptist Church, Mrs. Poole died October 16, 2003 at her residence. Services were conducted by the Rev. Stephen Brooks and the Rev. Leon White with burial at the Wilson County Memorial Park.
Survivors include: children, Roy (Gale) Poole, Ken Poole, Gordon (Jean) Poole, Gary Keith Poole, Jackie Poole, Robert (Carolyn) Poole, Joyce (Terry) Reynolds, Robbie VanDevander, Sue (Charles) Gray and Dorothy Morgan. Also surviving is special friend, Randall Comstock, 19 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and six step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents, Elihu and Bessie (McKinney) Dickens and her husband, Roy R. Poole. Active pallbearers included: Michael Hopper, Jason Poole, C. J. Binion, Roger Mann, Richard Smith, Chris Poole, Ron Henry and Steven Reynolds. Partlow Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
