HOPKINS – Anna M. Jackson, 97, formerly of Sauk Centre, died Friday at Chapelview Care Center. Funeral services will be Tuesday at Patton-Schad Funeral Home, Sauk Centre, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Anna Jackson was born July 11, 1898, in North Fork Township, Stearns County, to Michael and Ann Catherine (Korte) Proell. She married Joseph N. Jackson on Aug. 29, 1920, in Sauk Centre, and they owned and operated Jackson Jewelry for 40 years, retiring in 1950. Survivors include daughter and son, Vera Haberle, Edina, and Joseph A., Cheyene, Wyo. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Feb. 27, 1992; and 12 brothers and sisters.
