Mary Louise Gunn Bult Feighner 1921-2003

Mary Louise Gunn Bult Feighner, 82, passed away peacefully Dec. 17, 2003, surrounded by her loved ones. Mary Lou was born June 18, 1921, to Fanny Louise Ensign and Benjamin LeRoy Gunn. She graduated from East High School. She married Keith Joseph Bult, now deceased, in the Salt Lake Temple on Dec. 15, 1941. Married Rex Feighner in 1979. Mary Lou was an active member of the LDS Church. At age 16 she became a member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and sang with the choir for 22 years. She was also a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She held many church positions, but the one she enjoyed most was ward chorister. Mary Lou was an accomplished artist whose interests include scrap booking, dancing, singing, traveling and being with involved in family activities, where she was always the life of the party. She especially enjoyed being with friends and hosting the 16ers and Dinner Club. She is survived by her husband; sons Robert (Lori) Bult, Scott (Julie) Bult and David Bult; daughters Barbara (Virden) Thornton, Carol (Ray) Grass, Patty (Carl) Noel, Beverly (Dan) Hackett, Bonnie (Jon) Jeppson, Mary Kay (Jeff) Judkins and Becky (Dan) Rich; brother Richard Gunn; sister Barbara Parker; 46 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Dec. 22, 2003, at 11 a.m. at the Brighton 4th Ward, 2327 E. Bengal Blvd. (7600 South). Friends may call at the Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary, 2350 E. 1300 South, on Sunday, Dec. 21, from 5 to 7 p.m. and one hour prior to services at the Brighton 4th Ward. Interment will be in the Salt Lake City Cemetery. We love you Mom…’til we’re together again!
