Gene served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He worked hard as an auto mechanic and business owner for most of his life. He owned several auto shops and also a car dealership. He enjoyed fixing up used cars and selling them. His house was a labor of love and he enjoyed remodeling and making additions to his family home. He loved nothing more than hosting dinners and get-togethers for family and friends and having the house full of people.
Gene will be remembered as someone who loved his family and friends and would do anything to help them. He enjoyed visiting, watching movies, reading the newspaper, doing crossword puzzles, going to the casino, and just being with family. He will be missed by many and will be remembered always.
