Kelli DeAnn Looper, 40, passed away on August 3, 2017. She was born on July 5, 1977 in Shreveport, Louisiana to parents, Brice and Donna Looper.

Kelli had a great sense of humor, a huge heart, and loved her family, her cats and her friends deeply. She was a wonderfully unique person who was always there lending a hand, offering support, and giving advice to those in need. Outside of spending time with her family, Kelli possessed a passion for helping animals and served as a foster mom for cats and kittens through Candy's Cats for several years. The world definitely lost a special person and her smile, laugh, and witty sarcasm will be missed deeply.

Kelli is preceded in death by her father, Brice, and her great-niece, Kalia. She is survived by her mother, Donna; her sister, Michelle Auger; her two nieces, Emily and Molly; her nephew Jackson; and her great-niece, Lillian.

Service was held on Saturday August 26, 2017 at 1:00 pm, at the POW/MIA Building located at 5995 North US Highway 1, Melbourne, FL 32940.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made in her honor to Candy's Cats Inc, P.O. Box 608444, Orlando, FL 32860-8444 either directly to the organization or by utilizing the "Place a Donation" Link.
