Helen Noel Dean passed away on April 8, 2018. She was born on December 28, 1932 in Scott County to the late John Noel and Lucy Noel Young. Helen is a graduate of Oxford High School and Good Samaritan School of Nursing. She worked as a scrub nurse for over 30 years. She was also a big part of the success of the family businesses. Upon retirement she enjoyed gardening, boating at Lake Cumberland and UK basketball. She was a member of Porter Memorial Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Forrest Vernon Dean. Helen leaves behind two sons, Forrest Michael Dean and David Bruce Dean (Susan) and two grandchildren, Tori and Dylan Dean.

Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Lexington, Kentucky
