Aaron was 16 years old, attended Midland Lee High School, worked at Albertsons and spent his free time with family, friends and his sweetheart Jazlyn. Aaron was always quick to greet anyone that walked in the room with a hug and a smile. He was eager to please and always offered a helping hand. Aaron played the French Horn in band, was on a bowling league and could bowl a 282! He was also a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He loved the outdoors and loved to fish, collected various items and loved to show off his new Ford pickup. He was an amazing big brother to Lillian, Beckett and Connor. Aaron did not know a stranger. He always had a story to tell and was full of knowledge. He was mature beyond his years, wise and such a joy to be around. Anyone that knew Aaron, knew friendship. It was impossible to know him and not love him. Aaron was preceded in death by his grandfather Larry Aten, great grandparents Earnest and Patsy Rodgers, Ned Clement, Otto Bo Barkowsky, Rozella Aten and Barbara Aneil Pierce. Survivors are father, Larry Jr and wife Carley Aten, mother Amanda and husband Dustin Lovell, sister Lillian Lovell, and brothers Beckett and Connor Aten; grandparents, Brad and Paula Rodgers, Mark and Gay Raschke, Barron Barkowsky, Scott and Sharon Fritsch, Danny and Marva Lovell; great-grandparents Mirl Clement, Barbara Barkowsky, Billy and Hazel Lovell, and Marvin and Emily Pierce; aunts and uncles, Amber and Clint Franklin, Lee and Laura Barkowsky, Quinton and Amberly Barkowsky, April and Chris Cotton, Coby and Vickie McMorries, Danna and Jonathon Botros, Cody and Laura Fritsch, Nathan and Cassie Staggs, Clay and Becca Fritsch; and he had many, many cousins. The family will receive guests from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 6, 2018 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home in Midland.
