Lawrence, Grace Mai Midgett
Age 89, April 16, 1999.
Born in DeKalb County, she was the daughter of the late William Wesley and Lula Belle Malone Midgett. She was a homemaker and a member of the Dowelltown United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Mason Lawrence; two sisters, Aubrie Trusty and Tessie Dickens; two brothers, Clarence and Odis Midgett. She is survived by three daughters, Georgia McCaleb (Darmon) Hall, Jean (James) Huffines, and Helen L. (Hugh) Purnell; son, Larry W. (Brenda) Lawrence; brother, James L. (Drucy Mae) Midgett, all of Lebanon; sister-in-law, Beulah Carter of Fraser, Michigan; twelve grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Her remains rest at the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Lebanon, where services are Sunday, April 18, 1999 at 3 p.m. with Rev. Gary McCaleb officiating. Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers. Interment Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation Sunday after 10 a.m. Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home.
