FEBRUARY 8, 1926 ~ APRIL 4, 2018 (AGE 92)

Roscoe W. Rush, 92 formerly of Mary’s Home, Missouri passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Miller County Care and Rehab Center in Tuscumbia, Missouri. He was born February 8, 1926 in Eugene, Missouri the son of the late Albert Lee and Minnie Catherine (Sullens) Rush.

Survivors include,

Sister-in-law, Theresa Rush of Henley, MO

Several Nieces & Nephews

Five brothers, Archie, Elzia, George Lester, Oliver & Carl Rush, and four sisters, Melba Hawk, Sylvia West, Desda Schmidt & Dorsie Schulte preceded him in death.

Roscoe worked his own farm most of his life and was also employed with FASCO Industries for ten years. He enjoyed helping out his farming neighbors when they needed an extra hand. He was an avid coyote, fox, deer, and turkey hunter.

Visitation will be Monday, April 9, 2018 from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel of Mary’s Home, MO with the Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 AM with Rev. Greg Oligschlaeger officiating. Interment will follow at Rush Chapel Cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials in his name are suggested to Rush Chapel Cemetery on Jim Henry Road.

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
