"Grandma COMBS Dead. Passed Away Monday Morning at the age of 92 years. Word came to Mena [Polk Co., AR] Tuesday of the death of Grandma COMBS, which occurred at Rocky. She had lived to the ripe age of 92 years and would have been 93 if she had lived to April 29, next. She has been very feeble for some time and for several weeks the end has been expected. She leaves two sons, John D. COMBS, Rocky and A.B. COMBS of Muse, OK. She has lived in the same locality for many years and was highly respected by all. She was buried at Rocky Cemetery."
