Linda Kay Lampman was born August 10, 1953 in Winnebago, NE to Jacob and Edith (Hamilton) Beltz. She moved to Hastings, MN where she graduated from high school. In 1969 she married Carrick Lampman in Hastings. They lived in Germany while he was in the service and then moved back in 1971. She began working at Red Wing Shoe until retiring in 2010. She played Nanny for her family and worked at the Bluffs Bar and Grill. Linda enjoyed gardening, camping, scrap-booking, hosting holidays and family get-togethers, cooking,baking, playing cards, spending time with friends and family and watching her grand kids grow. She devoted much of her time and energy as a caregiver and matriarch to her family and friends.

Linda passed away at her home Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at the age of 67 years, 5 months, and 14 days. She is survived by her husband, Carrick of Welch; two sons, Nick of Welch, Vance (Tara) of Hager City; daughter, Amanda (Clint) Anway of Red Wing; grandchildren, Mitch (Ann) Rush, Tim (Brianna), Johnathan, Megan, and Jason Lampman, Landan, Parker and Carter Lampman, Alyssa, Carson, and Wyatt Anway, great grandchildren, Oliver and Laurel Rush; brother, John Beltz; mother-in-law, Carol Lampman. She was proceeded in death by her parents; grandson, Mathew Lampman; four brothers, two sisters, and father in law Giles Lampman.
