Funeral service for Clark James Davis, age 11, will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, April 5, 2018, at the New Sarepta Baptist Church, Sarepta, LA, with Bro. Marty Wright and Bro. Kyle Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Union Springs Cemetery, Shongaloo, LA under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 4, 2018, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill, LA.
Clark was born on July 16, 2006 to Robert Dwayne and Jimi Rechelle Zeigler Davis in Shreveport, LA and passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018 in Sarepta. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, baseball, basketball, and football. He loved reading, riding his dirt bike and horses, flying with his Daddy and building stuff. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his mother, Jimi Rechelle Davis of Sarepta; father and step mother, Robert Dwayne Davis and Heather of Shongaloo; two brothers, Gavin Davis, Jaxon Davis; sister, Brooklyn Fish; paternal grandparents, Clark and Tammy Davis of Briggsdale, CO; maternal grandfather, James Zeigler of Sarepta; adoptive grandparents, Kim Williams and Jeff Kilday; and a host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Denise Zeigler.
Pallbearers will be Josh Zeigler, Tommy Gore, Keith Davis, Logan Payne, David Lindsey, and Jesse Lindsey. Honorary pallbearer will be Eli Hillebrant.
