Willie Jean was the only child born to James and Rosie Bell Scott Morris. She was born in Minden, Louisiana. The family later moved to Crockett, Texas to the College Hill Community.
Willie Jean's first marriage was to Aaron Luther Sharpe. They were the parents of two children. She later married Hardie J Montgomery. She worked for WF Foley for 33 years. Her last place of employment was the Houston County Co-Op and she loved it.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents: Harry and Viola Carter Holley, five children: Patsy Joyce Collins, Trina Lynn James, Sherry Montgomery,
Harry Montgomery and Tony Montgomery.
