Shaun E. Alderman, 60, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette.
Shaun was born on March 18, 1958 in Lafayette to the late Donald F. and Ada B. (Pierce) Alderman. He graduated from Delphi High School and worked in environmental services at IU Health Arnett for 27 years. He was a lifelong resident of the Lafayette community, an automobile enthusiast, and loved animals.
He is survived by his lifetime partner, Herman Roark; two sisters; nieces and nephews; several other meaningful family members and friends; and lastly, his beloved dog, Shaker.
A visitation will take place on Monday, March 26, 2018 from 12:30 PM until 2:30 PM at Hippensteel Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow immediately at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Lafayette.
