"Joseph P. Bourell dies at hospital" "Joseph Peter Bourell, 68 years old, of 505 Van Buren Street, died at an Amarillo hospital early Wednesday afternoon following an illness of several months. He had been a resident of Amarillo for the past 14 years. Surviving him are four daughters, Mrs. Odell Burch and Mrs. O.E. Oliver, of Amarillo; Mrs. E.L. Roberts, of Chicago; and Mrs. Augusta Ponton, of Clifton, Ill. Two sons, E.L. Bourell, of Saugus, Calif, and L.C. Bourell, of Inman, Kas., also survive him..."
