Joseph served in the Army during the Korean War. He retired from the Chichester School District where he was employed for many years previously working for Ship & Shore in Aston.
Joseph enjoyed summers in Wildwood, NJ. He also enjoyed bowling, softball and golfing.
In addition to his parents, William and Elizabeth Faulkner, he is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Raymond and William Faulkner and a granddaughter, Christina Faulkner-Peticca.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Joan Faulkner (Shrom), children, Joseph Faulkner, John (Rose) Faulkner, Jim (Deana) Faulkner, Joan (Robert) Lukens and Jeff (Sandy) Faulkner, 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Friday, 9:30AM to 11:00AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by a Funeral Service at 11AM.
Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery, Aston, PA.
