She was born April 25, 1938 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Elza and Cona Ann May Baldridge.
Phyllis was a homemaker, former member of Mt. Zion Church of Christ in Christian Union, and a 1956 Valley High School graduate.
She is survived by two sons, Eugene (Rhonda) Wireman of Ft. Wayne, Mark Sizemore of Waverly; two daughters, Annette Melnick of Ft. Wayne, and Rhonda Potter of Lake White; seven grandchildren; one great-grandson; and one sister, Nancy Andrews of New Boston.
Phyllis was also preceded in death by one son, Bruce Wireman; four brothers, Herbert, Thomas, Felix, and Dean Baldridge; and four sisters, Gladys Spradlin, Ruby Todd, Edna Cornett, and Mildred Adkins.
Burial will follow in Sizemore Family Cemetery.
