Lula was the Daughter of Marcus M. and Noma (Lackey) Hartley. She Married George F. Flanagan on Jan./17/1911, and together they had Three Daughter's, they were, Isabelle F. Flanagan (Swanson), and Bonita Mary Flanagan (Bozarth)-(Hartzell), and Maxine Vivian Flanagan (Christy). This family lived in Olney and Mattoon Illinois for some time, and they lived in Terre Haute and Indianapolis Indiana until returning to Cicero in 1958. George, Lula's husband was popular in musical circles, his band's name was Flanagan and his "Speed Boys", unknown how long his band stayed together. Lula and her husband George had operated a Dry Cleaning Business in Indianapolis and Cicero for years. Lula was 74 years old when she died.
