Veronica V. McClure, 101, of Sparland passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at her home.

Veronica was born on March 24, 1916 to Michael and Eva (Stockmann) Godsill. She married Herbert I. McClure on November 7, 1942 in Peoria. He preceded her in death on February 18, 1993.

Surviving is one daughter, Donna (Robert) Cusac of Chillicothe; one son, David (Patty) McClure of Peoria; and two siblings, Michael Edward Godsill and Mary (Patrick) Fitzgerald.
