Darrel Henry Kinyon of McAlester, Oklahoma was born September 21, 1933 in Kensington, Kansas to John Henry and Bernice (Thieler) Kinyon. He passed away on March 9, 2018 in McAlester, Oklahoma at the age of 84.
He is survived by; His wife, Vonzil Kinyon of the home, Five sons: Michael Kinyon and wife, Holly, of Peoria, Arizona, Kenneth Kinyon of Wichita, Kansas, Jerry Kinyon and wife, Sally, of Hutchison, Kansas, Johnny Roberts of Blocker, Oklahoma, Mac Roberts of Inola, Oklahoma, Three daughters: Marcia Kinyon of Hutchison, Kansas, Patti Jo Burge of Blocker, Oklahoma, Vicki Lynn Pippin and husband, Les, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Three sisters: Elaine Morgan of Agra, Kansas, Ethel Halbert and husband, Howard, of Denver, Colorado, Evelyn Stones and husband, Lynn, of Smith Center, Kansas, One brother: Doran Kinyon and wife, Becky, of Garden City, Kansas, 19 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren, Numerous nieces and nephews
Darrel was preceded in death by one brother, Dale Kinyon; one brother-in-law, Harlan Morgan; one daughter-in-law, Kayla Roberts and his parents.
Funeral service will be 2:00PM Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at West Liberty Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Tony Randall officiating. Burial will follow at West Liberty Cemetery.
