Survivors include one son, Michael Adams and his wife, Belinda Adams of New Albany, Kansas; one daughter, Lana Kay Goodman of Sun City, AZ; one grandson, Tony Raymond Riley, III, and wife Stephanie; two great-grandchildren, Tony Raymond Riley, IV and Katherine Jeanne Riley.
He was a graduate of Dana High School. During his career with the Air-Force he served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam.
