WILSON - Services for Ricky Joe Henry, 43, will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 7, 2007, at First Baptist Church with Bro. Bruce Almy and the Rev. Sid Bazzrea officiating. Interment will be at Hewitt Cemetery under the direction of Alexander Funeral Home.

Born on March 15, 1964, in Ardmore, Okla. to Nolen Eugene "Buzz" and Betty Lou Ingram Henry, he died on April 4, 2007, in Burneyville. He was preceded in death by his father in 1978; a sister, Kathleen Henry in 1955; brother, Bart Henry in 1999; grandfather, Roy Ingram and grandmother, Kate Henry.

Ricky Joe had been a resident of Wilson most of his life, attending school and working in the oil field as a roustabout and self-employed contractor for Exxon Oil Company in Dillard for many years. Ricky was always spending time outdoors where he felt right at home enjoying his passion for fishing and hunting. His pride and joy were his children and family. He cherished every moment spent with them.

Survivors include his a daughter, Katelyn Henry, Dickson; son, Hunter Henry, Ada; his mother, Betty Henry, of the home; four sisters, Linda Musgrove and husband, Vernon, Vinita, Carla Gillaspy and husband, Ray, Ratliff City, Betty Henry, Wilson, and Kim Henry and Byron Gilland, Healdton; three brothers, Buzz Henry Jr., Milo, Terry Henry, Wilson, Randal Henry, Milo; grandmothers, Ruth Matney, Wilson, and Dovie Ingram, Durant; a special aunt, Irma Henry, Ada; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Bearers will be James Wells, Roy Slawson, Nolan Henry, Trent Langley, Rounder Henry and Keaton Henry. Honorary bearers are Tom Hall and Jason Musgrove.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 this evening a the funeral home.
