ITHACA - Sharron D. Johnson-Brown, age 43, of Ithaca, went to be with her Lord on Thursday April 1, 2010 at Hospicare. Sharron was born in Brooklyn and is the daughter of Georgia May and Frank Johnson.
Survivors include her husband, David E. Brown; her siblings, Deborah (Johnny) Hunt, Evelyn (Randy) Davis, Gregory Johnson, Kim (Sean) Brown, Dawn Johnson, Lakisha (Kenny) Bartholomew, Emily Johnson, Christopher Jones, and Malik Jones; her step-parents, Betty (Frank) Johnson and Preston (Georgia May) Jones; several aunts & uncles, nieces & nephews, and a host of cousins. Friends and family may call on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at the Herson Funeral Home, located at the Family Service Center, 110 S. Geneva St., Ithaca. Funeral Service will be Thursday (April 8, 2010) at 10:00 a.m. St. James AME Zion Church in Ithaca. Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery.
