Charly age 18;
Mary age 15;
Willy (son) age 10/
Note: John's age would make him b. in 1827 or 1828/have Carl
Meinke who died 1906 who was born in 1828)

STATE OF WISCONSIN-MANITOWOC COUNTY. In Probate.
In the matter of the estate of William Menicke (sic) deceased.
On reading and filing the petition of Charles Menicke, of the town
of Two Rivers, Manitowoc county, Wisconsin, representing among other
things that William Menicke, late of said town and county, on the 3d
day of November, A.D., 1889, at said town in said county, died
intestate, leaving goods, chattels and estate within this state, and
that the said petitioner is a brother and heir at law of said deceased,
and praying that administration of said estate be to Charles Menicke
granted, it is ordered that said petition be heard before this court,
on Tuesday, the 22nd day of July, A.D., 1890, at 10 o'clock a.m., at
my office in said county.
Ordered further, that notice thereof be given to the heirs of said
deceased, and to all persons interest, by publishing a copy of this
order for three successive weeks, prior to said day of hearing, in the
Manitowoc Pilot, a weekly newspaper published at said city in said
county.
Dated at Manitowoc, the 23d day of June, A.D. 1890.
