William Clyde was the fourth child born to Patrick Laurence "P.L." and Alice Virginia Hodgetts Fallon. He was born in Toqua, Big Stone, MN 29 Dec 1844 (he was 5 months old when the family appeared on the MN state census 1885, but his death certificate says he was born 1842. His WWI draft registration card confirms born 1884. Toqua is just West of Graceville where the family put down roots shortly after his birth. His father eventually became owner operator of the Livery in Graceville.

He married Cecelia Anna Pappert by 1915 and the birth of their daughter Alice Mary, though I still have yet to find their marriage record, Cecelia signed his death certificate as Mrs Fallon and they lived at 1743 Cowley St. Troy Hill, Pittsburgh, Pennslvania at the time.

Clyde, as he was known, died at St. Francis Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was buried here 19 November 1927, Undertaker John Gurhl located at 1501 Lowrie St.
