Funeral services for Henry Carrol Horn, 74, of 3436 DeSoto St., who died at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday in Midway Manor Nursing Home after a lengthy illness, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in the Rose-Neath Funeral Home chapel.

The Rev. Ralph Cain, pastor of Mangum Memorial Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will follow in Forest Park with Masonic graveside rites.

A native of Montgomery, Mr. Horn had resided in Shreveport for the past 40 years. He was a retired electrical supervisor for Libbey-Owens-Ford Glass Co. Mr. Horn was a member of Mangum Memorial Methodist Church, El Karubah Shrine, Shreveport Consistory and Queensborough Masonic Lodge No. 418.

Survivors include his widow; three sons, Edward M. Horn and Jack P. Horn of Shreveport, and H. Alfred Horn of Longview, Tex.; one brother, Walter F. Horn of Eureka, Calif.; three sister[s], Mrs. Frank Santon of Loleta, Calif., Mrs. Lowel Peters of Eureka, and Mrs. Homer Durham of Peru, Ind.; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Pallbearers will be O. M. Bryom, W. A. Jones, T. E. Rainer, Randolph Hicks, A. F. Williford and C. S. Watson.
