She was born June 5, 1942, near Oran, daughter of Henry William and Levadie Mae Hoxworth Abernathy. She and Frank D. Ellsworth were married Dec. 15, 1959, in Sikeston, Mo.
Ellsworth was a member of Pine Forest Assembly of God Church in Pensacola.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, William and Thomas Ellsworth of Pensacola; two brothers, Leroy and Bob Abernathy of Morley; three sisters, Fern Thomas of Oran, Tinia Clark of Dexter, Mo., Violet Farmer of Sikeston, Mo.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday April 5th at the chapel, with the Revs. Gene Hudson and Glenn Vaughn officiating. Burial will be in New Morley Cemetery.
