Fay Marie Bisaccia, 69 of West Chester, PA died Friday February 9, 2018 at Neighborhood Hospice in West Chester. She was the wife of David E. Kiefer, Jr. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Joené Merlo and her family; a son André Gilpin and his family; a sister Jolen Aubin and her family.

Fay was born November 23, 1948 in Washington, DC. She was the daughter of the late Leonard Bisaccia and the late Norma Agard Bisaccia.

Fay treasured her strong faith and her walk with Christ. She would often be seen walking to early morning Mass at St. Agnes Catholic Church and enjoyed baking for the Day Room. She believed that life is very uncertain and beauty and friendship may get lost in day to day living. - SLOW DOWN - KEEP IN TOUCH - BE KIND - ENJOY THE BEAUTY AROUND YOU –
