Darlene R. Loveless, 80, passed away at St. Mary's Healthcare in Lafayette on Monday, February 26, 2018.
She was born in Detroit, MI on June 20, 1937, the daughter of Harold and Anita (Jarrell) Cook. She was a 1955 graduate of Jefferson High School in Lafayette. On June 2, 1956 in Lafayette. she married James J. Loveless, who preceded her in death on November 28, 2016. Darlene was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Lafayette. She was a homemaker, wife and mother. She enjoyed attending the Senior Center at Columbian Park and enjoyed crafts, bingo, crossword puzzles, but her real love was spending time with her family and friends
She is survived by one son; three daughters; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one brother. She was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Cook.
