Anna, the daughter of Daniel and Betsy Plaisted, was the first wife of Phinehas Lee, also of Peacham, and the mother of four daughters, Harriet (1810), Louisa (1812?), Ann Maria (1818), and Levinia (sometimes spelled Lavina) (1820). Levinia was born 1 month before Anna's death. The book Roxanna’s Children p.11 notes it was common for women in the area to die during or as a result of childbirth, which is quite plausible here. There is an usual gap between the births of Louisa and Ann Maria which suggests children yet to be discovered.
