James Franklin Adams, aged 53, of Huff, died Saturday, Oct. 16th. he was born in Christian Co., Ill., and had lived in Arkansas since 1922. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
He is survived by three brothers: Edgar of Los Angeles, Calif., Charlie of Wichita, Kan., and Everett of Texas; and four sisters; Mrs. Essie Rehorn of Kansas City, Kan., Mrs. Laura Voyles of Huff, Mrs. Leala Dewey of Wichita, Kan., ans Mrs. Cora Adams of Huff.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at the Mt. Calvary Baptist church with burial in the Pleasant Plains cemetery. The Rev. E. C. Bryant officiated and Crouch Funeral Home directed arrangements.
