Will Davis, 82, of 711 W. 2nd Ave., died Sunday at a local hospital. Mr. Davis had lived in Illinois for 26 years. He was formerly employed by the U.S. Barge Lines.

He was born April 10, 1880, and married Octavia Campbell, who died many years ago.

Surviving are one son, Roosevelt Davis; one daughter, the Rev. Oleander J. Washington, an evangelist of Chicago; and one sister, Mrs. Bertha Grayson of Bartlesville, Okla.

Services will be at the Hazelwood Mortuary with the Rev. Elder William Clark officiating. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.
